Stemma Care Co. operates this website to introduce our company and the upcoming Stemma app. This Privacy Policy describes information handled when you browse our website or email us. It does not cover the future Stemma mobile app, which will have its own privacy information when available.

2. Information collected when you visit

You can browse this site without creating an account, making a purchase or completing a contact form. The website's own code does not request your name or email address simply for visiting, and it does not include advertising trackers.

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps and security-related signals. This information may appear in security or operational logs. Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technology as needed for security and site operation. We do not use information you provide in an inquiry to enroll you in marketing emails without an appropriate basis.

3. When you email Stemma

If you contact us by email, we receive the address you use, the contents of your message and any attachments you choose to send. At present, the owner of Stemma Care Co. personally manages these inquiries; correspondence is not shared with a broader internal team. We use that information to respond, follow up on your inquiry, manage correspondence and address issues you raise. Please avoid sending sensitive personal or medical information that is not necessary to your question.

4. Who processes this information

Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery and security services. Apple iCloud Mail handles email sent to Stemma Care Co. using our custom-domain address; your own email provider also handles messages you choose to send. We may disclose information if required by applicable law or to protect legitimate legal interests. Service providers may process data in Canada or other countries where privacy laws differ.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our website does not offer user accounts or a shopping cart, and its own scripts do not set tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is not currently enabled for this website. If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising technologies or new data-collection features, we will update this notice and request consent when required.
